To support modern townhouse living, the home needed more than cosmetic updates—it required reworked layouts, elevated finishes, and better-defined spaces across multiple levels. The focus was to improve flow, comfort, and day-to-day function while giving every room a cohesive, high-end design language.
Cohesive Design Across Multiple Levels
We developed a unified approach that carried through the entire home—from bathrooms and millwork to the kitchen, primary suite, and lower level. Five bathrooms were redesigned with different infinity slabs, Waterworks plumbing fixtures, and custom vanities for a luxurious yet consistent look. The kitchen and family room were fully reimagined around premium appliances and a locally crafted custom stainless-steel island that acts as both a functional centerpiece and a sculptural focal point.
Full-Scope Renovation and Exterior Restoration
This was a comprehensive build involving multiple remodels and specialty scopes, coordinated to keep the home cohesive from floor to floor. Along with major layout work and extensive custom millwork, the project included a basement conversion with a dedicated gym, improved office functionality, and exterior restoration. Underfloor heating was installed in key areas for everyday comfort, and a state-of-the-art smart home system with best-in-class security was integrated for modern living.
