This renovation begins with a bold exterior refresh—charcoal-black paint and matte black gutters for a clean, modern façade. Inside, we’re completing a full gut renovation across bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas, adding underfloor heating throughout and a new HVAC system with linear diffusers for a refined finish. We’re also opening up the kitchen by removing select walls, upgrading insulation with ceiling spray foam, completing full electrical rewiring for recessed lighting and chandeliers, and installing larger Andersen windows to bring in more natural light. The project is currently underway and will deliver a warm, modern retreat that feels elevated, efficient, and perfectly suited to its wooded setting.
