Designed as a refined escape from Manhattan, this home was transformed into a functional, high-end retreat — where comfort, style, and thoughtful details come together across every interior and exterior space.

Boutique-hotel finishes, custom craftsmanship, and spaces built for living

The residence makes a striking first impression with an elevated exterior and a massive foyer anchored by a black arched statement. Throughout the home, high-end wallpaper and custom wood panels were installed to create a modern yet warm aesthetic. Every bathroom was fully gutted and redesigned with custom vanities and freestanding tubs to capture a boutique hotel feel. Custom millwork was integrated throughout, including bespoke closet solutions fabricated in our shop, alongside new windows and doors and comprehensive electrical upgrades to support a layered lighting plan. Art installations were strategically placed to add personality and visual interest, while window treatments were designed and installed to balance light, privacy, and style. HVAC upgrades ensured year-round comfort. The kitchen received a full gut renovation—opening the layout, removing unnecessary walls, and introducing white oak cabinetry paired with wood panels and matte white finishes. A bold statement stone island now anchors the space for gatherings, supported by a spacious pantry and a fully customized laundry room to maximize day-to-day functionality. Additional lifestyle features include an in-home sauna with attached shower, a dedicated gym, and individually designed bedrooms tailored to how the clients live and host.
