Built for Modern Tribeca Living
The home was rebuilt with extensive mechanical and infrastructure upgrades, including HVAC integration, low-voltage systems, electrical enhancements, and a reconfigured plumbing layout. Flooring was fully replaced with continuous chevron hardwood to create flow throughout the residence. The kitchen was completely reimagined with a new layout centered around a large island with an integrated sink—ideal for prep and hosting—paired with clean-lined cabinetry, contemporary finishes, and curated lighting. Bedrooms were elevated through layered wallpaper and custom paint tones, while the bathroom retained the original tub location but introduced a refined separation for a more functional, spa-like experience.
