A Newly Acquired Space That Needed a Full Reset
The existing space required a total overhaul to meet the brand’s operational and display needs. We performed full demolition and removed existing carpeting, outdated light fixtures, blinds, and rail systems, creating a clean slate for a modern showroom layout with improved functionality and visual impact.
Full Build-Out and Systems Upgrades
Work included installing new Mirage hardwood flooring throughout to establish a polished foundation, along with a sleek executive office suite enclosed in black-framed glass along the façade — adding visibility and a strong street presence. We upgraded electrical systems and introduced new lighting to support both merchandising and comfort, ensuring the space performs as well as it looks. Custom millwork was fabricated throughout the showroom to support window treatment displays, followed by a complete paint program, curated furniture procurement, and artwork selection to finish the space with a cohesive, elevated feel.
