A Compact Layout That Needed Smarter Functionality
With limited square footage, the existing kitchen required more than a simple refresh—it needed a more efficient layout, cleaner integration of appliances, and better everyday usability. The objective was to improve organization, reduce visual clutter, and create a space that felt larger and more premium, without sacrificing practicality. Every change was planned to support daily living while setting a cohesive, high-end design direction for the condo.
Walnut, Viola Stone, and Integrated Details
The design centers on custom walnut cabinetry, built with smart interior accessories to keep storage effortless and organized. For a dramatic focal point, Calacatta Viola stone was selected for both the countertop and a continuous full-height backsplash, creating a strong visual statement while keeping the palette unified. To preserve a clean, modern look, Lumens outlets were incorporated for minimal visual interruption, and carefully chosen compact appliances were integrated to maximize performance without overwhelming the space. This phase will be presented with 3D renderings to clearly communicate materials, proportions, and the final composition.
Precision Coordination and Seamless Execution
Once the design was finalized, we moved into a carefully sequenced build focused on fit, finish, and integration. Procurement was managed around long-lead premium materials, while our team coordinated cabinetry fabrication, stone templating, and appliance requirements to ensure accurate alignment across every touchpoint. Extra attention went into outlet placement, backsplash continuity, and clean detailing throughout the install.
