Base Leveling
Verifying and perfectly leveling the base cabinets. Stone does not tolerate uneven surfaces - this prevents future cracking.
Exact Templating
Creating a digital model using a Laser Templator for millimeter precision, accounting for the natural curvature of NYC walls.
Fabrication
Cutting slabs on CNC machines, processing edges (mitered, eased, bullnose), and creating sink cutouts at the fabrication facility.
NYC Logistics
Coordinating access (COIs, freight elevators). If necessary, arranging a manual stair carry when the slab is too large for the elevator.
Installation & Seams
Setting the panels and bonding the joints with a specialized, color-matched two-part epoxy resin for maximum seam invisibility.
Undermount Sink
Securely mounting the sink under the countertop using clips and silicone prior to the arrival of the Licensed Master Plumber (LMP).
Sealing
Applying a protective sealer to natural stone (marble/granite) to shield the surface from common kitchen stains like wine or oil.

If you're dreaming of a massive 10-foot seamless kitchen island (a Jumbo slab), the first thing we check is the dimensions of your freight elevator and the width of the stairwells. If the slab won't fit in the elevator, it must be cut into two pieces, adding a seam, or we must arrange a manual stair carry. This requires hiring additional movers and obtaining special permissions from your Co-op Board to utilize and protect common areas.
