While this wasn’t the client’s first home, it was their first townhouse and the goal was to create a residence that feels cohesive, highly functional, and distinctly warm. This West Village renovation transformed multiple levels inside and out, blending our design sensibility with the client’s personal aesthetic for a home that’s refined, livable, and unmistakably theirs.

Our clients, in their 50s, wanted a functional, luxurious weekend retreat from their Manhattan condo - balancing comfort, style, and high-end finishes across both interior and exterior spaces. The home makes a strong first impression with a dramatic foyer featuring a black arched statement element, complemented by premium wallpaper, custom wood paneling, and curated art installations throughout.

Inside, the team delivered a full-scale transformation: all bathrooms were fully gutted and redesigned with custom vanities and freestanding tubs for a boutique-hotel feel, and the kitchen was completely reworked by opening the layout and adding white oak cabinetry, matte white finishes, and a bold statement-stone island built for family gatherings. Custom millwork (including bespoke closets crafted in-house) was integrated throughout, along with new windows and doors, electrical and lighting upgrades, designed window treatments, and improved HVAC. The home was further tailored with a custom dining banquette/sofa, a spacious pantry, a fully customized laundry room, an in-home sauna with shower, a dedicated gym, and bedrooms designed around the clients’ lifestyle - creating a refined Hamptons retreat for family time and entertaining.

This Flatiron kids bathroom refresh transformed an outdated, limited layout into a bright, family-ready space that complements the master bath while still feeling playful and kid-friendly. We reconfigured the floor plan to improve proportions and circulation, creating room for a larger tub without the bathroom feeling tight or cramped.

The design leaned into light, color, and durability, featuring blue-and-white Zia tile for personality and a cohesive connection back to the master. Premium details—including Cocoon fixtures, Buster & Punch electricals, and a Robern luxury vanity kept the finish level consistent across the home.
